How we check
- When you first visit, we ask you to confirm you are of legal age for the province your connection comes from. If we can't tell where that is, we ask you to confirm you are 21 or older.
- At checkout we ask for your date of birth and check it against the age for the province your order ships to. Orders that don't meet it can't be placed.
- We keep a record of each age check, including the network address it came from, as a compliance record.
- We may ask for further proof of age before shipping, and cancel orders where age can't be confirmed.
