Eligibility
You must be of legal age to buy vapour products in the province or territory your order ships to, and orders must ship to an address in Canada where we sell. See our Age & ID Policy.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include sales tax. The tax for the province your order ships to is added at checkout, itemised before you pay. Federal vaping excise duty is already included in the product price, because it is paid on stamped stock before it reaches us.
Orders
- Placing an order holds its items for a limited time while payment is completed.
- We may cancel an order that can't be paid, verified or lawfully shipped, and refund anything paid.
- You can cancel an unpaid order from your account.
Cloud Coins
Cloud Coins are earned at 5 coins per dollar on completed orders and redeemed at 100 coins per dollar, up to 20% of an order. Coins have no cash value and can't be transferred. See Cloud Coins for details.
